I’m always in search of the best workouts and the best teachers who deliver them. I’d long been told about Christine Bullock of Evolution20, but was yet to connect. It so happened that at the end of 2013 I was in a group exercise class in Los Angeles and struck up a conversation with the perfectly toned, stunning woman beside me. That woman was Christine Bullock.
Christine manages the elusive balance between being strong and fit, yet feminine and graceful. It’s no surprise when you learn of her background as a dancer. But that’s not all—Christine is a certified Pilates, Barre, TRX, HIIT instructor, pre- and post-natal fitness instructor and nutrition coach. She even has a degree in psychology and education.
