The salad recipe I’m about to share with you offers up the perfect pop of color to any dinner table. Plus, I like to use a spiralizer when cutting some of the fresh veggies — like the carrots and cucumbers — vs. slicing them with a knife. It just adds another fun visual component to your bowl.

Crazy Colorful Spiralized Salad
- Cucumber, spiralized
- Carrots, spiralized
- Purple cabbage, finely shredded
- Red bell pepper, julienned
- Green onion, chopped
- Radishes, thinly sliced
- Dressing, your choice
Simply toss your assortment of spiralized, julienned, and chopped veggies with your favorite dressing. Serve immediately!
