You’ll need a high speed blender for this dressing to really achieve the optimal smooth and creamy texture. Jalapeño Lime Dressing
Ingredients
- ⅓ c lime juice
- 1 jalapeño pepper
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 small shallot
- 1 cup cilantro
- ⅓ cup mayo
- 1-2 tsp salt to taste
- fresh black pepper to taste
- 1 cup olive oil to taste
Instructions

Add all of the above ingredients into a blender except olive oil. Blend until smooth.

Slowly drizzle olive oil to finish.

Taste and adjust! If dressing tastes too spicy or acidic, drizzle a little more oil.
