Onion and Tamari Vinaigrette Dressing

One taste of this Japanese inspired dressing and you’ll never want to buy a store-bought bottle of vinaigrette again. The saltiness of tamari and the sweetness of honey balance out the flavorful kick of the onions. This dressing will turn your blah bed of greens into the most craveable salad. But don’t just stop at salad. Use it to marinade your poke or add it to an Asian stir-fry. You can even pour leftovers (if there are any) into ice cube trays and freeze into cubes to later enhance the flavor of soups and stews. If you want enough dressing to play around with then make sure to double the recipe below!
