Confession: I love a good spicy mayo. But I don’t really love the mayo part, or at least my waistline doesn’t. Enter my lightened up Creamy Sriracha Mayo Salad Dressing. Yup, you heard me—a salad dressing that’s reminiscent of a spicy tuna sushi roll flavor. I’ve cut the mayonnaise in half by using avocado to add creaminess. Plus, I added mustard and garlic for an extra kick. This stuff is good, but, as always, flexibly tweak quantities and seasonings to excite your own taste buds and preferences.
There are a bunch of different ways you can use this dressing. Here are some of my favorites:
- Salad dressing
- Lettuce cup topping
- Poke fish marinade
- Meat marinade
- Veggie dip
