Creamy Sriracha Mayo Salad Dressing

Confession: I love a good spicy mayo. But I don’t really love the mayo part, or at least my waistline doesn’t. Enter my lightened up Creamy Sriracha Mayo Salad Dressing. Yup, you heard mea salad dressing that’s reminiscent of a spicy tuna sushi roll flavor. I’ve cut the mayonnaise in half by using avocado to add creaminess. Plus, I added mustard and garlic for an extra kick. This stuff is good, but, as always, flexibly tweak quantities and seasonings to excite your own taste buds and preferences.

Serving Ideas

There are a bunch of different ways you can use this dressing. Here are some of my favorites:

  • Salad dressing
  • Lettuce cup topping
  • Poke fish marinade
  • Meat marinade
  • Veggie dip
