Has mint taken over your garden? Or maybe you just have some extra in the refrigerator and have no idea what to do with it. Well, you’re in luck. Turns out, mint is a super flexible ingredient and the clean taste pairs perfectly with both sweet and savory dishes.
You can use mint in salads, like a traditional watermelon salad (made with watermelon, feta cheese, mint, and balsamic vinegar) or my Raw Cauliflower Tabouli. I also love adding it to summer drinks, like my Frozen Watermelon Mojito Slushie.
But, wait, there’s more!
I recently teamed up with FabFitFun — the popular subscription service that delivers full-size, premium products packed into goodie boxes four times per year — to share some more creative mint recipes. In case you missed my Facebook live, check it out now below.
My segment starts about 15 minutes into the live show. And get this: This was FFF’s very first live cooking segment!
