On-The-Go Dairy-Free Yogurt Parfait Pops

Think yogurt parfait, but a whole lot better! Filled with dairy-free yogurt, various fruits, seeds, and granola, these on-the-go frozen parfait pops are bound to satisfy everyone under your roof. Get flexible by playing around with your favorite fruit flavors and healthy add-ins – there are no rules here! My advice? Make a bunch in advance and keep them stocked in your freezer so a delicious and nutritious breakfast is always only an arm’s reach away.

Yogurt Parfait Pops Recipe

Dairy-Free Yogurt Parfait Pops

Ingredients

  • 2 cups coconut yogurt (or any of your favorite yogurts)
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup desired fruit: try raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, strawberries, peaches, or another fruit you have on hand
  • 3/4 cup granola
  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, stir together yogurt and vanilla extract.

  2. Pour a few spoonsful of yogurt mixture into a popsicle mold, filling about a third way full. The exact amount will vary depending on mold size.

  3. Chop or dice fruit. Add a thin layer into mold.

  4. Top with a few more spoonsful of yogurt.

  5. Mix granola with hemp seeds. Add a layer of mixture to mold.

  6. Top with a final layer of yogurt.

  7. Carefully insert popsicle sticks into mold.

  8. Freeze overnight and serve when ready.
