You don’t have to be on an all-juice cleanse to reap the benefits of juicing. This juice is refreshing and good for you, and the perfect start to a healthy day.
Here’s how I suggest incorporating juicing into your regular routine: Drink this every morning when you wake up and are ready for a boost. Then, head off to a workout and sweat the toxins away and the enjoy a protein and veggie-filled breakfast. Repeat daily. This helps me set the tone for clean eating for the rest of my day. Nealy’s Green Power Juice Recipe
Nealy’s Green Power Juice
- 1 lemon
- 1 green apple
- 1 chunk pineapple
- 2 inch of ginger about the same size as your thumb
- 1 leaves small bunch of mint
- 2 stalks of celery
- 2 cups of organic kale or other greens
Throw it all in a juicer and voila!
Juice is best consumed as soon as you make it but can stored in the fridge for a few hours
