Are you pressed for time in the mornings? Great meals don’t have to be complicated or involve a lot of prep.  Sometimes there’s nothing better than upgrading store bought ingredients and assembling them with flair and love. Enter my healthy yogurt and granola breakfast parfait.

To save time, prepare it before you go to bed and add the crunchy granola in the morning. Preparing in advance also allows for the added chia and hemp seed superfood boost to blend into this healthy concoction. Watch how easy it is to make:

This recipe makes one scrumptious and healthy yogurt and granola breakfast parfait, perfect after a good morning workout. Happy breakfast-ing!

Healthy Granola and Yogurt Breakfast Parfait

Servings 1


  • 1/2 cup your favorite plain yogurt*
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon chia
  • 1 teaspoon hemp seed
  • 4 tablespoons granola
  • Assorted berries or cherries


  1. Place desired amount of yogurt into a glass cup or dish.
  2. Drizzle yogurt with honey,
  3. Sprinkle with chia and hemp seed.
  4. Top with granola and garnish with berries.
  5. Layer this twice to make for a pretty presentation!
