Fudgy Gluten-Free Pretzel Brownies

Ingredients

  • 6 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup chocolate syrup
  • 1 stick unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs lightly beaten
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • ½ cup gluten-free flour
  • 1 packet pretzels use salted or chocolate

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 355℉.

  2. Prepared a double boiler and melt chocolate. Add syrup and butter.

  3. Beat chocolate and butter until smooth, then add vanilla extract and eggs, and mix.

  4. Sift sugar, salt and flour and add to chocolate mixture.

  5. Line a 9x9 baking pan with parchment paper and pour the prepared brownie batter into the pan.

  6. Add crushed pretzels to the batter and gently fold to combine. Spread the batter evenly in the pan.

  7. Place whole pretzels evenly on top of the batter.

  8. Place pretzels evenly on the mixture.

  9. Bake at 350°F (180°C) for approximately 18-22 minutes, or until just set. Check frequently to ensure they stay gooey and don’t overbake.
