Confession: I love a good spicy mayo. But I don’t really love the mayo part, or at least my waistline doesn’t. Enter my lightened up Creamy Sriracha Mayo Salad Dressing. Yup, you heard me—a salad dressing that’s reminiscent of a spicy tuna sushi roll flavor. I’ve cut the mayonnaise in half by using avocado to add creaminess. Plus, I added mustard and garlic for an extra kick. This stuff is good, but, as always, flexibly tweak quantities and seasonings to excite your own taste buds and preferences.
Serving Ideas
There are a bunch of different ways you can use this dressing. Here are some of my favorites:

Creamy Sriracha Dressing Recipe
Creamy Sriracha Dressing
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 cup mustard
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1-2 teaspoons sriracha sauce, to taste
- 1 clove garlic
- Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions

Put all ingredients in high-speed blender.

Let run until smooth.

Adjust seasoning and add more water or oil to dilute if needed.
