Citrus-Infused Quarantini Recipe

Ingredients

  • Juice from half a grapefruit
  • Juice from half a lemon
  • Handful muddled mint leaves
  • ½ cup rosé or sweet white wine, optional
  • 1 shot vodka, adjust to your preferences
  • Splash limoncello
  • Splash passion fruit syrup or canned lychee juice
  • 1 fresh passion fruit or fresh lychee, optional

To Serve

  • Ice cubes
  • Mint leaves, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Into a cocktail shaker (or mason jar / make-shift shaker), squeeze fresh juice from half a grapefruit and half a lemon.

  2. Add a handful of muddled mint leaves. If you don't have a muddled, rub the leaves together in your hands to help release the flavor.

  3. Add wine, vodka, limoncello, and syrup. Shake well.

  4. If you can find fresh passion fruit or fresh lychee, add.

  5. Serve in a fancy glass and enjoy!
