Spiked Sorbet Rosé Float Recipe

What do you get when you mix a scoop of frozen raspberry sorbet with a glass of rosé and a splash of gin? That’s right — a super fun, cocktail-meets-dessert float that’s perfect for your next date or girls’ night in.

I first came up with this recipe when chatting with my friend Jezlan Moyet. Along with hosting her own television show, Evertalk TV, Jezlan recently launched her own line of organic rosé called Moyet Rosé. After she shared her delicious California-made wine with me, I had this genius idea to use it in a pink float. The result? Well, just watch!
