A pasta bar is a simple DIY party meal idea that is bound to impress your diners. I like to put out various layering options: several types of gluten-free pasta, veggies, cheeses, sauces, and lean proteins.
But wait a minute … don’t eat pasta? No worries! I personally don’t do so well with pasta either – not even gluten-free pasta. So I usually skip it and use steamed or grilled cauliflower as the base.
