10 Healthy Store-Bought Snacks

Although I advocate keeping snacking to a minimum, it’s always a good idea to keep a handful of energy-boosting goodies close by for when the munchies strike, when you’re on the go, or just need a quick fuss-free bite. But, when it comes to the perfect between-meal bite, greasy potato chips and sugary cookies don’t make the cut. They seem to suck the energy right out of you, and are usually so addicting you just eat more than you should. Plus, when it comes to kids, they lose their appetite for a hearty home-cooked dinner.

Good news: There are plenty of low-calorie, nutritious, and delicious packaged snacks you can choose. From spiced nuts and dried fruit to fresh olives and smoked salmon candy sticks, the snacks I share in the video below are ones I personally reach for when tummy grumbles hit.
