Growing up, nothing tasted like after-school fun as much as ice pops. In the summer, it was a race against the sun: could you lick them fast enough or would the sunshine melt away the sweet goo?
These dairy-free frozen banana pops are the perfect after school treat for kids (and adults too!). The recipe is a great way to use up over-ripe bananas and create a sneaky protein-rich snack. Use this recipe as a template and unleash your creativity by adding your favorite healthy boosters: try a green powder mix like Nuzest’s Good Green Stuff or add some chocolate chips or berries.
