I was at KTLA‘s studios in Los Angeles to talk about how to make healthier food choices without feeling deprived. This was timely because “Quitter’s Day” comes around just a couple of weeks into January. I hadn’t even heard of it (although there seems to be a day for just about everything!). But apparently Quitter’s Day is the day that, on average, most people ditch their New Year’s resolutions. Yes, most resolutions last approximately three weeks!
