Everything Bagel BBQ Chicken Wings
- 3 pounds Chicken wings
- 1 cup Water
- 1 cup Barbeque sauce
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 3 tablespoons Everything Bagel Spice
Place the water into the pot and add the steam rack. Pile the wings on top.
Secure the lid, ensuring that the steam release handle is in the Sealing position. Press Pressure and set the cooking time for 5 minutes. While they are cooking, preheat your oven to broil.
When the cooking time is complete, turn the steam release handle to the Venting position to quickly release the pressure. Press Cancel and open the lid.
Remove the wings to a baking pan. Pour the barbeque sauce on top and toss to coat. Add black pepper to taste and sprinkle half of the Everything Bagel Spice on top. Broil for 5 minutes, turn over, add more pepper and the remaining everything bagel spice and broil for another 5 minutes.
