Every year, I whip up a batch of chocolate-coated cake pops for my son’s birthday. Yummmm! Have you ever made them?
If so, you know it can be pretty time-consuming. First, you have to bake the cake. Then, you crumble the baked cake and mix it with frosting. Next, you shape the mixture into little balls, pop them on sticks, and dip them in melted chocolate. While the end result is downright delicious, you’ll be working on them for two or three hours … easily.
If you’re crunched for time, but still want to surprise your little kiddo with a special sweet treat, check out my latest video. I’ll show you an easy cheat to slash prep-time in half. The best part? Your guests will be just as excited to grab and munch!
