Poke bowls are the hottest salad trend!
I recently visited the sushi chefs at Seven Sushi, a Montana hot spot, and they showed me how to make my own poke bowl right at home. It’s actually way easier than you may think. It takes just minutes to whip up their special marinade, drench the fish, and serve. The best part? It’s a flexible dish that’s simple to customize. We used ahi tuna, but you can also use salmon or cod. You can also play around with which ingredients you add—keep it light with just avocado or add some brown rice for a more filling meal.
