Melt one bag of dark chocolate chips in a double boiler. 

As the chocolate melts, spread popped popcorn onto a baking sheet. 

Drizzle desired amount of melted chocolate onto popcorn with a spoon. 

Sprinkle a pinch or two of sea salt on top of the chocolate covered popcorn to enhance the flavor. 

Refrigerate until the chocolate sets and then serve.
