Rim your glass: Cover the bottom of one plate with honey and a second plate with crystalized sugar. Flip your glass upside down and dip the rim in honey. Next, dip your glass in crystalized sugar.
Make your float: Add a scoop of sorbet into your glass. Fill glass with desired amount of rosé and top with a splash of gin.
