Onion and Tamari Vinaigrette
Ingredients

olive oil

tablespoons
red wine vinegar

tablespoons
tamari

tablespoon
honey,
adjust to taste

grated onion (or just cut a big chunk of onion)
Black pepper,
to taste
Instructions
Put all ingredients in a high-speed blender.
Blend until creamy.
Keeps in fridge for up to one week.
