Dark Chocolate Covered Popcorn


  • 1 bag high-quality dark chocolate
  • Popcorn
  • Sea salt, to taste


  1. Melt one bag of dark chocolate chips in a double boiler. 

  2. As the chocolate melts, spread popped popcorn onto a baking sheet. 

  3. Drizzle desired amount of melted chocolate onto popcorn with a spoon. 

  4. Sprinkle a pinch or two of sea salt on top of the chocolate covered popcorn to enhance the flavor. 

  5. Refrigerate until the chocolate sets and then serve.
