Ahi Poke


  • 5 Oz sushi grade ahi tuna
  • 1 Avocado
  • 3-4 Leaves romaine lettuce
  • 2 Tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 1/4 Cup teriyaki Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 Teaspoon sesame oil


  1. In a medium sized mixing bowl whisk together the teriyaki sauce, sriracha, sesame oil, and 1 tablespoon of the sesame seeds.
  2. Dice tuna and avocado into 1/2 inch squares and toss together in the mixing bowl with the sauce.
  3. Evenly distribute the mix into the romaine lettuce boats and top with the remaining sesame seeds.
  4. If you would like a little more of a kick drizzle more sriracha over the boats.
