Lamb Chops with Mint, Garlic and Lemon Marinade

Ingredients

  • lamb chops
  • 1 handful mint leaves
  • 4-5 cloves garlic
  • preserved lemons
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper

Instructions

  1. Thinly chop and dice garlic, mint and lemons.

  2. Continue chopping until a paste is created.

  3. Add salt and pepper to the paste.

  4. Massage the paste into lambs.

  5. Sear for 3-4 minutes on each side.

  6. Serve and enjoy!
