Brain Food: No-Bake Energy Bites

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup coconut chips
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup ground flax seeds
  • 1/4 cup hemp seeds
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • A few dates or maple syrup to taste
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil melted
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Add all dry ingredients to a large mixing bowl and mix thoroughly.

  2. Add in the wet ingredients and mix. This will make the "dough" moldable. 

  3. Roll mixture into small balls or shape into little cookies. 

  4. Pop in the refrigerator to set. Store in an air-tight container in the fridge.
