Granola Berry-Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut or almond milk
  • 1/2 cup spinach or kale
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 large very ripe banana
  • 4 tablespoons granola (your favorite)
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Taste and adjust to your preferences.

  3. Pour into a glass and garnish with extra granola.
