In a mixing bowl, stir together yogurt and vanilla extract.
Pour a few spoonsful of yogurt mixture into a popsicle mold, filling about a third way full. The exact amount will vary depending on mold size.
Chop or dice fruit. Add a thin layer into mold.
Top with a few more spoonsful of yogurt.
Mix granola with hemp seeds. Add a layer of mixture to mold.
Top with a final layer of yogurt.
Carefully insert popsicle sticks into mold.
Freeze overnight and serve when ready.
