I almost always like to share recipes that are versatile; that you can make anywhere with little of no equipment but in this case, a dehydrator is a must. My dehydrator was the best kitchen appliance I have ever purchased and is so much fun. I own the Excalibur-get any model you can afford or any size that fits. Try using a combination of carrots and zucchini, add a shallot or an onion and even some garlic for extra flavor. You could even substitute pecans or a combination of almonds and cashews for the walnuts. Have fun!
