The Best Guacamole Ever


  • 2 large avocados
  • Juice of 1-2 medium size limes
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 small tomato seeded and chopped
  • 1-2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Jalapeño pepper to taste (optional)


  1. Cut Avocado in half
  2. Scoop out the flesh into a small bowl.
  3. Use a knife to slice through the avocado to create small chunks.
  4. Add lime juice, garlic, tomato, cilantro and seasonings.
  5. Use a fork to create the consistency you desire. Do not over-mush!
  6. Serve immediately.

Recipe Notes

I like it hot, so I spice up my guacamole with jalapeño peppers or crushed red pepper chilli flakes, but if you're sensitive to too much heat you can always hold back.
