Mai Tai Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces rum (mix dark and light or use what you have)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh pineapple juice
  • 1/2 ounces Cointreau or triple sec
  • 1 drop almond extract (unless you have orgeat)

Garnish

  • orange slice, pineapple, lime, mint

Instructions

  1. Put all of the ingredients in a shaker with loads of ice cubes. Shake well for about 30 seconds.

  2. Pour into glass and top with the garnish of your choice!
