Flexible Tahini 3 Ways

Ingredients

For The Base

  • 1 cup raw tahini
  • cup water (adjust for desired consistency)
  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
  • 3-4 small garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Additions For Green Tahini

  • ½ cup basil leaves

Additions For Roasted Red Pepper Sriracha Tahini

  • 1 roasted red bell pepper
  • 2 tbsp sriracha

Additions For Curry Tahini

  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tbsp extra lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Keeps in the fridge for up to 5 days.
