African Ngolo Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. bourbon whiskey
  • 1 oz. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 oz. maple syrup
  • 1 (12 oz.) can of ginger beer

    (We used stone tangawiz, but use whatever you can find in your local store)
  • Dash of bitters
  • Mint leaves, for garnish
