Healthy Granola and Yogurt Breakfast Parfait

Ingredients
1/2
cup
your favorite plain yogurt*
1
teaspoon
honey
1
teaspoon
chia
1
teaspoon
hemp seed
4
tablespoons
granola
Assorted berries or cherries
Instructions
Place desired amount of yogurt into a glass cup or dish.
Drizzle yogurt with honey,
Sprinkle with chia and hemp seed.
Top with granola and garnish with berries.
Layer this twice to make for a pretty presentation!
